from Dunfermline take A921 Eastwards passing Dalgety Bay on RHS . Then at the roundabout just before Aberdour village, take the left/first exit onto the B9157 to “ Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath” . Drive uphill curving 1 mile until the first cross road junction where there is a cottage on LHS . At that cross road, take a sharp Left signposted “Forth Rd Bridge and Kincardine bridge” . Drive uphill on that small road for 1/2 mile passing “Old Whitehill” on RHS , and look for the first unmarked Parking on RHS “Goat Quarry”- this is picturesque , historic, and nearly virgin running territory
